Homemade Lemon & Dill Gravlax with Horseradish Cream

The word gravlax is a Swedish word which means "dried salmon" or "buried salmon". Gravlax is a culinary specialty in traditional Nordic cuisines. Gravlax is made from raw salmon fillets marinated, macerated, and dried with salt, sugar, pepper and dill. In this recipe, we invite you to try our Sicilian Lemon balsamic to marinate a salmon, and our dill infused oil for a finishing touch reminiscent of fresh dill.
