I had a great experience at Olive & Balsäm. I prepared a gift basket for the family who live in St-Basile le Grand. (I am from Gatineau). I will definitely take a look at this store the next time I am in St-Basile le Grand.

Great personalized service and experienced a small tasting session of several different vinegar and oils. I would not even have imagined making a mixture of 2 kinds of vinegars and tasting with bread would have been so good as an aperitif with a glass of wine, or even putting maple vinegar on ice cream ... So many new ideas to try ! I really learned a lot about balsamic oils and vinegars. Very chic boutique while remaining friendly :-) My wife wanted to go there and I didn't expect to enjoy this outing so much! Not been disappointed!
