Salicorne marinée
Regular price $9.50La salicorne pousse entre les marées, le long du Fleuve Saint-Laurent. Derrière ses allures de petit cactus se cache une plante grasse au goût salin et à la texture croquante qui en font l’accompagnement tout désigné pour les poissons, les salades et les hors-d’œuvres.
La salicorne est cueillie à la main dans les territoires battus par les marées, en des lieux mitoyens. Immergée plusieurs heures par jour dans l’eau très froide puis exposée aux rayons du soleil, la salicorne est une plante résiliente parfaitement adaptée à son environnement. Seules les extrémités, plus tendres, sont cueillies puis marinées dans une légère saumure. Il en résulte un condiment artisanal à la fois goûteux et décoratif.

The main ingredient in our products is either oil or vinegar. Some contain a minimum concentration of infused essential oils; it is for this reason that our products are considered to have only one ingredient. Make no mistake, even in small quantities - there's no shortage of taste!
All the flavors are the product of different natural extraction methods: maceration, purification and infusion. No artificial products are used.
Extra virgin olive oil
We offer a range of mild, medium and full-bodied extra virgin olive oils as well as agrumato, and infused olive oils.
Extra virgin olive oil is an oil in its purest form; it lost nothing by the filtration process and nothing was added to it artificially. Filtration reduces the amount of molecules naturally present in olive juice and its peel, without filtration the oil retains all its beneficial properties.
Our citrus oils have been fused with the ingredient that goes into them. So, means that the olives and the rocket ingredient are pressed together to create a high quality extra virgin rocket olive oil. This process is possible with ingredients that naturally contain a large amount of citric acid such as citrus fruits and hot peppers.
Our oils have all been tested with a multi-residue pesticide panel in a third-party laboratory certified by the advice olive oil international (COI). Infused olive oils
Italian Lemon Olive Oil is made with extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olive and lemon essential oil.
Chipotle Olive Oil is made with naturally smoked peppers, the extract of which is added to a high quality extra virgin olive oil. This is what creates the rich and explosive flavor of this oil!
What are the ingredients?
Balsamic vinegar
The balsamic vinegars which are in the traditional Condimento de Modena PGI style are made from grapes, water and a little red wine. Grapes are therefore the only source of sugar in these vinegars.
Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar is made from lemon juice that undergoes reduction before being combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Mango balsamic vinegar is made from mashed fresh fruit combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Italian Herb Balsamic Vinegar is made with a blend of fresh herbs crushed and then infused with balsamic vinegar.
Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar is made with real Turin cocoa powder. It’s what gives it a rich and deep taste.
Italian espresso balsamic vinegar is actually made from roasted and extremely finely ground coffee beans. One serving (15ml) of this vinegar and you'll have the same amount of caffeine as one cup of coffee!
Our olive oils and balsamic vinegars do not contain the following ingredients:

LES-TÊTES-DE-VIOLON, UNE MARINADE ARTISANALE SAVOUREUSE
Dès le mois de mai, nous entamons la récolte des têtes-de-violon. Ces dernières sont cueillies à la main en forêt avec toujours en tête le souci de préserver la ressource. Jamais plus du tiers des spécimens n’est prélevé sur un même plant pour que ce dernier puisse se développer pleinement.
Les têtes-de-violon sont par la suite blanchies, empotées à la main puis mises en saumure. Notre préparation est simple pour mettre en valeur l’ingrédient et conserver tant ses propriétés que sa texture et son goût.

Gelée de sureau
Regular price $8.25Bien que le sureau sauvage soit très commun et que l’arbuste fasse l’objet d’une culture importante, le fruit est encore peu connu ici.
Récolté pour ses propriétés médicinales depuis la nuit des temps, le sureau fait une percée timide sur nos tables, mais ceux qui le découvrent l’adoptent!

The main ingredient in our products is either oil or vinegar. Some contain a minimum concentration of infused essential oils; it is for this reason that our products are considered to have only one ingredient. Make no mistake, even in small quantities - there's no shortage of taste!
All the flavors are the product of different natural extraction methods: maceration, purification and infusion. No artificial products are used.
Extra virgin olive oil
We offer a range of mild, medium and full-bodied extra virgin olive oils as well as agrumato, and infused olive oils.
Extra virgin olive oil is an oil in its purest form; it lost nothing by the filtration process and nothing was added to it artificially. Filtration reduces the amount of molecules naturally present in olive juice and its peel, without filtration the oil retains all its beneficial properties.
Our citrus oils have been fused with the ingredient that goes into them. So, means that the olives and the rocket ingredient are pressed together to create a high quality extra virgin rocket olive oil. This process is possible with ingredients that naturally contain a large amount of citric acid such as citrus fruits and hot peppers.
Our oils have all been tested with a multi-residue pesticide panel in a third-party laboratory certified by the advice olive oil international (COI). Italian Lemon Olive Oil is made with extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olive and lemon essential oil.
Chipotle Olive Oil is made with naturally smoked peppers, the extract of which is added to a high quality extra virgin olive oil. This is what creates the rich and explosive flavor of this oil!

The balsamic vinegars which are in the traditional Condimento de Modena PGI style are made from grapes, water and a little red wine. Grapes are therefore the only source of sugar in these vinegars.
Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar is made from lemon juice that undergoes reduction before being combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Mango balsamic vinegar is made from mashed fresh fruit combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Italian Herb Balsamic Vinegar is made with a blend of fresh herbs crushed and then infused with balsamic vinegar.
Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar is made with real Turin cocoa powder. It’s what gives it a rich and deep taste.
Italian espresso balsamic vinegar is actually made from roasted and extremely finely ground coffee beans. One serving (15ml) of this vinegar and you'll have the same amount of caffeine as one cup of coffee!

UNE GELÉE ARTISANALE VRAIMENT UNIQUE!

UNE TOUCHE DE FORÊT À TABLE
Notre gelée de cèdre est créée à partir des aiguilles de l’arbre qui sont cueillies à la main, broyées puis macérées à froid et finalement filtrées. Le liquide est par la suite additionné d’un soupçon de sucre biologique et de pectine de fruits.

The main ingredient in our products is either oil or vinegar. Some contain a minimum concentration of infused essential oils; it is for this reason that our products are considered to have only one ingredient. Make no mistake, even in small quantities - there's no shortage of taste!
All the flavors are the product of different natural extraction methods: maceration, purification and infusion. No artificial products are used.
Extra virgin olive oil
We offer a range of mild, medium and full-bodied extra virgin olive oils as well as agrumato, and infused olive oils.
Extra virgin olive oil is an oil in its purest form; it lost nothing by the filtration process and nothing was added to it artificially. Filtration reduces the amount of molecules naturally present in olive juice and its peel, without filtration the oil retains all its beneficial properties.
Our citrus oils have been fused with the ingredient that goes into them. So, means that the olives and the rocket ingredient are pressed together to create a high quality extra virgin rocket olive oil. This process is possible with ingredients that naturally contain a large amount of citric acid such as citrus fruits and hot peppers.
Our oils have all been tested with a multi-residue pesticide panel in a third-party laboratory certified by the advice olive oil international (COI). Infused olive oils
Italian Lemon Olive Oil is made with extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olive and lemon essential oil.
Chipotle Olive Oil is made with naturally smoked peppers, the extract of which is added to a high quality extra virgin olive oil. This is what creates the rich and explosive flavor of this oil!

Balsamic vinegar
The balsamic vinegars which are in the traditional Condimento de Modena PGI style are made from grapes, water and a little red wine. Grapes are therefore the only source of sugar in these vinegars.
Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar is made from lemon juice that undergoes reduction before being combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Mango balsamic vinegar is made from mashed fresh fruit combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Italian Herb Balsamic Vinegar is made with a blend of fresh herbs crushed and then infused with balsamic vinegar.
Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar is made with real Turin cocoa powder. It’s what gives it a rich and deep taste.
Italian espresso balsamic vinegar is actually made from roasted and extremely finely ground coffee beans. One serving (15ml) of this vinegar and you'll have the same amount of caffeine as one cup of coffee!

The main ingredient in our products is either oil or vinegar. Some contain a minimum concentration of infused essential oils; it is for this reason that our products are considered to have only one ingredient. Make no mistake, even in small quantities - there's no shortage of taste!
All the flavors are the product of different natural extraction methods: maceration, purification and infusion. No artificial products are used.
Extra virgin olive oil
We offer a range of mild, medium and full-bodied extra virgin olive oils as well as agrumato, and infused olive oils.
Extra virgin olive oil is an oil in its purest form; it lost nothing by the filtration process and nothing was added to it artificially. Filtration reduces the amount of molecules naturally present in olive juice and its peel, without filtration the oil retains all its beneficial properties.
Our citrus oils have been fused with the ingredient that goes into them. So, means that the olives and the rocket ingredient are pressed together to create a high quality extra virgin rocket olive oil. This process is possible with ingredients that naturally contain a large amount of citric acid such as citrus fruits and hot peppers.
Our oils have all been tested with a multi-residue pesticide panel in a third-party laboratory certified by the advice olive oil international (COI). Italian Lemon Olive Oil is made with extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olive and lemon essential oil.
Chipotle Olive Oil is made with naturally smoked peppers, the extract of which is added to a high quality extra virgin olive oil. This is what creates the rich and explosive flavor of this oil!
What are the ingredients?
Balsamic vinegar
The balsamic vinegars which are in the traditional Condimento de Modena PGI style are made from grapes, water and a little red wine. Grapes are therefore the only source of sugar in these vinegars.
Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar is made from lemon juice that undergoes reduction before being combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Mango balsamic vinegar is made from mashed fresh fruit combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Italian Herb Balsamic Vinegar is made with a blend of fresh herbs crushed and then infused with balsamic vinegar.
Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar is made with real Turin cocoa powder. It’s what gives it a rich and deep taste.
Italian espresso balsamic vinegar is actually made from roasted and extremely finely ground coffee beans. One serving (15ml) of this vinegar and you'll have the same amount of caffeine as one cup of coffee!

Il aura fallu bien des années pour que nous nous décidions à faire une confiture aux bleuets. Nous cherchions plutôt à faire connaître des fruits nordiques oubliés et puis, les étals des supermarchés sont remplis de confitures aux bleuets…
Un jour que Gérald était à la cueillette, il est tombé sur une importante talle de bleuets et en a rapporté. Au bout de quelques jours voyant qu’il allait perdre sa récolte, il a transformé les précieux fruits en confiture.
Quel goût extraordinaire. Nous nous sommes alors dit qu’il fallait mettre en marché une confiture de bleuets, une vraie, comme celle que nos grand-mères faisaient. Les bleuets sont cuits lentement pour les garder entiers dans une confiture à peine sucrée, un vrai délice!

Confiture d'amélanche
Regular price $8.25Petit fruit aux allures d’un bleuet violacé, la baie d’amélanchier, aussi appelée saskatoon et petite poire, était consommée en grandes quantités par les autochtones et a occupé une place de choix dans l’assiette des Québécois jusque dans les années 60. L’amélanchier effectue aujourd’hui un retour dans nos jardins alors qu’on l’apprécie pour ses qualités ornementales et sa floraison hâtive, mais aussi dans nos assiettes! Juteuse et naturellement sucrée, l’amélanche sait conquérir tous les palais avec son léger goût d’amandes et de fruit rouges.

La confiture d’amélanches est faite avec un minimum d’ingrédients de grande qualité. Elle contient plus de 55% de fruits et du sucre biologique. Savoureuse au petit déjeuner elle représente une option peu sucrée et saine.
En effet, les baies d’amélanchier ont un pouvoir antioxydant qui surpasse celui des petits fruits qu’on trouve en épicerie. Elles contiennent des polyphénols et des anthocyanes, des pigments à l’origine de la couleur violacée des baies que la science reconnaît pour leurs effets protecteurs contre une panoplie de maladies, dont le cancer.

The main ingredient in our products is either oil or vinegar. Some contain a minimum concentration of infused essential oils; it is for this reason that our products are considered to have only one ingredient. Make no mistake, even in small quantities - there's no shortage of taste!
All the flavors are the product of different natural extraction methods: maceration, purification and infusion. No artificial products are used.
Extra virgin olive oil
We offer a range of mild, medium and full-bodied extra virgin olive oils as well as agrumato, and infused olive oils.
Extra virgin olive oil is an oil in its purest form; it lost nothing by the filtration process and nothing was added to it artificially. Filtration reduces the amount of molecules naturally present in olive juice and its peel, without filtration the oil retains all its beneficial properties.
Our citrus oils have been fused with the ingredient that goes into them. So, means that the olives and the rocket ingredient are pressed together to create a high quality extra virgin rocket olive oil. This process is possible with ingredients that naturally contain a large amount of citric acid such as citrus fruits and hot peppers.
Our oils have all been tested with a multi-residue pesticide panel in a third-party laboratory certified by the advice olive oil international (COI). This ensures food safety and further guarantees our customers healthy and pesticide-free oils in all cases. Read the page " Organic or conventional HOEV " for more information.
Infused olive oils
Italian Lemon Olive Oil is made with extra virgin olive oil from Arbequina olive and lemon essential oil.
Chipotle Olive Oil is made with naturally smoked peppers, the extract of which is added to a high quality extra virgin olive oil. This is what creates the rich and explosive flavor of this oil!
What are the ingredients?
Balsamic vinegar
The balsamic vinegars which are in the traditional Condimento de Modena PGI style are made from grapes, water and a little red wine. Grapes are therefore the only source of sugar in these vinegars.
Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar is made from lemon juice that undergoes reduction before being combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Mango balsamic vinegar is made from mashed fresh fruit combined with white balsamic vinegar.
Italian Herb Balsamic Vinegar is made with a blend of fresh herbs crushed and then infused with balsamic vinegar.
Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar is made with real Turin cocoa powder. It’s what gives it a rich and deep taste.
Italian espresso balsamic vinegar is actually made from roasted and extremely finely ground coffee beans. One serving (15ml) of this vinegar and you'll have the same amount of caffeine as one cup of coffee!
Our olive oils and balsamic vinegars do not contain the following ingredients:
