4 units Avocados, halved, peeled and seeded
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Infused extra virgin olive oil - Persian lime
1 tsp (5 mL) Chipotle Hot Sauce
8 thick slices Rustic bread, toasted
1 unit Shallot, peeled and thinly sliced
1 unit Lime, thinly sliced
Edible Flowers, seasonal
5 ml (1 teaspoon) Hemp seeds
5 ml (1 teaspoon) chia seeds
10 ml (2 tsp.) Sesame seeds
10 ml (2 tsp.) Almond, sliced
- Place two of the peeled avocados in a bowl and, using a fork or potato masher, mash until semi-smooth.
- Season the mashed avocado with olive oil and hot sauce, toss to combine. Spread mashed avocado over slices of bread and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
- Thinly slice the rest of the avocados and place them on the toast for decoration.
- Garnish with shallots, lime slices and edible flowers before serving.
