Persian Lime Avocado Toast
Spoil yourself with this delicious recipe vsotheorée!
Vary the colors depending on the season, or depending on the edible flowers that are near you. Alternate between sweet and savory, adding more sea salt or honey as a finish.

Time: 10 minutes
4 units Avocados, halved, peeled and seeded
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Infused extra virgin olive oil - Persian lime
1 tsp (5 mL) Chipotle Hot Sauce
8 thick slices Rustic bread, toasted
1 unit Shallot, peeled and thinly sliced
1 unit Lime, thinly sliced
Edible Flowers, seasonal
5 ml (1 teaspoon) Hemp seeds
5 ml (1 teaspoon) chia seeds
10 ml (2 tsp.) Sesame seeds
10 ml (2 tsp.) Almond, sliced
- Place two of the peeled avocados in a bowl and, using a fork or potato masher, mash until semi-smooth.
- Season the mashed avocado with olive oil and hot sauce, toss to combine. Spread mashed avocado over slices of bread and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
- Thinly slice the rest of the avocados and place them on the toast for decoration.
- Garnish with shallots, lime slices and edible flowers before serving.
