Bellini peach

Time : 5 minutes

Ingredients 

375 mL (1 1/2 cups) frozen sliced peaches, thawed
60 mL (1/4 cup) White balsamic vinegar - Peach
125 mL (1/2 cup) peach schnapps
1 bottle of Prosecco, Cava or Champagne
For garnish Fresh peach slices, fresh mint

Instructions 

1. Place the peaches, the balsamic and schnapps in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Divide the mash between the champagne flutes, filling the glasses 1/3 full.

2. Finish filling the flutes with sparkling wine and garnish each glass with slices of peach and mint.
