Our flavored pear and cranberry vinegar is crisp and tangy, combining both sour and sweet in perfect harmony. Whisk with your Persian Lime infused extra virgin olive oil to make a delicious dressing for roasted beets or other root vegetables. A perfect addition to mixed drinks or bubbling water.
Note : Expect there to be sediment settling. Shake before use to homogenize the fruit pulp.

- Use to make a delicious cranberry orange sauce and serve with an oven roasted turkey.
- Reduce and use as a glaze for roast pork or lamb.
