Pasta Marella is a completely family business, a few kilometers from Bari, Italy. They produce pasta extruded in the traditional way from Puglia in Italy using only local durum wheat semolina and dried at low temperature. The resulting product has a wonderful aroma and texture superior to other small pastas produced.
This Farfalle is made by hand using several different vegetable purees added to the pasta dough. The result has a striking appearance and delicate flavors. They will brighten up any dish.
Use in mac and cheese, soups, stews or with your favorite sauce.
