Pasta Marella is an entirely family business, a few kilometers from Bari, Italy. They produce extruded pasta in the traditional way from Puglia in Italy using only local durum wheat semolina and dried at low temperatures. The resulting product has a wonderful aroma and superior texture to other small pastes produced.
This Farfalle is handmade using several different vegetable purees added to the pasta dough. The result has a striking appearance and delicate flavors. They will brighten up any dish.
Use in mac and cheese, soups, stews or with your favorite sauce.
